There are two types of tickets for Refractor:
-Ticket + Camping + Access by Car (5€ parking fee included):
This ticket is for attendees coming by car. It gives you access to our camping area, as well as to our parking during the festival.
-Ticket + Camping + Bus Shuttle from Madrid:
This ticket is fo attendees coming via our shuttle bus from Madrid. It also includes access to our camping area.

Where is Refractor location?
The venue is 2 hours away from Madrid and near Valdeverdeja (Toledo,) next in a beautiful place called área recreativa La Facciosa.

Where is the meeting point for the shuttle bus?
The meeting point will at Lago(Metro station).
How many bus rides are scheduled?
There will be two bus rides: the first departs from Madrid on Friday the 30th at 13:00 h, and the second returns from the festival to Madrid on Monday at 11:00 h.
Please bear in mind to arrive 30 minutes before the bus departure.

Everything operates with tokens, which can be purchased with CASH ONLY — except for the meat food truck, where you can pay directly by card or cash.

CAMPING
Is the campsite equipped with showers and toilets?
Yes, the campsite is fully equipped with showers and toilets to ensure your comfort during the festival.
Is it possible to camp in your campervan?
Yes, it is possible to camp in your campervan as long as you do it on the designated parking.

FOOD & DRINKS
Food and Drinks at the Venue
There will be food stalls on site, including vegan and vegetarian options. We’ll also have a bar offering a variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks — including Club-Mate.
Please remember that this is a self-managed event, and our main sources of income come from ticket sales and the bar.
For this reason, bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue — including the camping area — is strictly prohibited.

Refractor Festival is set in a beautiful natural area, home to wildlife and plants that we want to protect.
Due to recent weather conditions, all vehicles will need to be parked in a designated area located outside the venue. This space is intended exclusively for parking and rest. Please note that playing music or partying in this area is not allowed.
